Chrome free pre-treatment
This process is specifically designed for aluminum products, ensuring that each item is thoroughly cleaned and treated for optimal adhesion and protection. This meticulous approach guarantees the highest quality powder-coating results.
Abrasive blasting
We prepare steel products using garnet material to blast surfaces in preparation for powder-coating. Before coating, each product is treated with a zinc primer specifically designed to resist corrosion, chemicals, and UV rays. This dual process ensures longevity and allows for an even powder-coat application, giving you confidence that the product will remain in excellent condition for years to come.
Powder-coating
We partner with Dulux and Interpon to provide the highest quality and a wide variety of powder-coat colors to suit your project needs. Our team is dedicated to delivering a product you will be proud to showcase. Powder-coating offers a durable finish that is significantly stronger than liquid paint.
The process involves covering the prepared item with a fine, electrically charged colored powder, which is then baked in an oven at temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius. This ensures a resilient and vibrant finish that enhances the longevity of your products.
